Single Origins
Traceable to a single farm or cooperative, these coffees showcase the terroir and processing methods unique to their region.
Ethiopia Yirgacheffe
A washed process lot from the Aricha washing station. Delicate jasmine florals give way to bright bergamot and peach notes with a clean, tea-like finish.
Ethiopia Sidamo Natural
Sun-dried on raised beds for 18 days. Intense blueberry and strawberry jam sweetness, wine-like body, and a lingering dark chocolate finish. A natural process showcase.
Colombia Huila
From the Finca El Paraiso micro-lot. Rich milk chocolate and panela sweetness balanced by crisp green apple acidity. Honey processed for added complexity.
Guatemala Antigua
Grown in volcanic soil from a fourth-generation family estate. Dark cocoa, roasted walnut, and brown sugar sweetness with a velvety full body and low acidity.
Sumatra Mandheling
Wet-hulled in the traditional Giling Basah method. Deep earthy tones, cedar, dark chocolate, and a heavy syrupy body. A bold choice for espresso blends and cold brew.
Brazil Santos
A versatile natural process lot from Fazenda Santa Rita. Creamy peanut butter, milk chocolate, and toasted almond with low acidity and a smooth, rounded cup.

Composition: 40% Ethiopia Yirgacheffe, 35% Brazil Santos, 25% Colombia Huila

Rokko Dark
Composition: 45% Guatemala Antigua, 30% Sumatra Mandheling, 25% Brazil Santos
Named after the mountain overlooking our roastery, this dark blend delivers intense chocolate, toasted walnut, and smoky depth. Built for bold espresso with rich crema.
Sannomiya Morning
Composition: 50% Colombia Huila, 30% Ethiopia Sidamo, 20% Guatemala Antigua
A bright, uplifting blend designed for morning filter service. Crisp apple and berry notes with a honey-sweet finish that pairs perfectly with pastries and light breakfasts.
Decaf Silk
Composition: 50% Swiss Water Brazil, 30% Swiss Water Colombia, 20% Swiss Water Ethiopia
Proving that decaf can be exceptional. Swiss Water processed for chemical-free caffeine removal. Retains surprising complexity with chocolate, dried fruit, and a silky body.

Kenya AA Kirinyaga
Explosive blackcurrant and grapefruit with a tomato-like savory note. Complex, wine-like body with a sparkling clean finish. Limited to 200kg.

Rwanda Nyamasheke
A women-produced cooperative lot. Vibrant orange blossom and rooibos tea character with a silky plum sweetness and long, complex aftertaste. Limited to 150kg.
