Kobe Harbor Blend

Born from the maritime heritage of our port city, the Kobe Harbor Blend is a tribute to the global connections that bring exceptional coffee to our roastery. A carefully balanced union of Ethiopian Yirgacheffe brightness and Brazilian Santos depth, roasted to a medium profile that reveals caramel sweetness with a citrus finish.

This blend has become the foundation for over 120 cafe partners across Japan and Southeast Asia, prized for its versatility across espresso and filter preparations.

Small Batch, Deep Intention

Every roast begins with listening. We study each lot's density, moisture content, and altitude story before a single bean touches the drum. Our vintage Probat roasters, guided by precision data logging, allow us to develop flavor profiles that honor the farmer's work while revealing complexity that excites the palate.

We roast in small batches of 15 kilograms, ensuring each bean receives individual attention. From first crack to cooling tray, our process is a dialogue between tradition and technology.
